No worries at all! Send us an email at scoutandscan@gmail.com with the design name and what colours you’re dreaming of. We’ll work with you to get exactly what you want — we love making things just right.

 

2. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, yes, and yes! 
If you’ve got an idea, a vision, or even a doodle on a napkin — send it our way! We’ll help bring your design to life and make it something you’re proud to wear (or gift!).

 

3. How do I care for my shirt?
We want your shirt to look great for a long time! Here’s how to keep it fresh and cozy:
👕 Wash inside out with like colours in cold water
☀️ Hang to dry or tumble dry low
🚫 No bleach, and please don’t iron directly on the design
(Your shirt will thank you!) 

 

4. What if I don’t love my item?
Each piece is made to order, just for you — so all sales are final.
That said, we totally get that sometimes things happen. If there’s a problem or something’s not right, please reach out! We want you to love what you ordered, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
